Shipping Policy

Effective Date: September 2026

At SheCaNova, we celebrate thoughtfully crafted products made by women creators. Since we offer both SheCaNova Originals and products from our independent SheCaNova Creators, delivery timelines may vary depending on the product you order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

We are working towards expanding to more countries in the future.

Processing Time

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

SheCaNova Originals

Products designed and stocked by SheCaNova.

Estimated Delivery: 2 business days

SheCaNova Creators

Products handcrafted or supplied by our verified women creators.

Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days

As many of these products are handmade or prepared after an order is placed, a little extra time helps ensure the quality you deserve.

Personalized & Customized Products

Products made especially for you, including personalized names, colours, designs, or custom requests.

Estimated Delivery: 3–10 business days

The exact delivery timeline depends on the complexity of the customization and will be mentioned on the product page.

Mixed Orders

If your order contains products with different delivery timelines, your items may:

Be shipped together once all products are ready, or
Be shipped separately at no additional shipping charge, depending on availability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated during checkout before payment.

We may also offer Free Shipping on selected products, promotional campaigns, or orders above a specified value.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details, where available.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Public holidays
Weather conditions
Courier service disruptions
High seasonal demand
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

If there is a significant delay, our team will keep you informed.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and email address are accurate before placing your order.

SheCaNova cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
