Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the UAE and select international destinations. Please check our Shipping Policy for full details.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within the UAE takes 3–5 business days. "Made to order" items take 10-15 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, we accept returns within 2 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please visit our Returns Policy page for more details.
How do I care for my handcrafted pieces?
Most of our pieces are handcrafted and should be wiped gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or submerging in water.
